At least 18 years of age
Have a current of past diagnosis of a mental health, substance use, or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder
Have received or currently receiving treatment
Have earned a high school diploma or general equivalence diploma (GED)
Demonstrate a pattern of recovery from mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders
Successfully complete a state approved 30hr adult peer support training course curriculum with an aggregate passing testing score of at least 70%.
